For the Women Everyone Assumes Are Fine

She's the one everyone turns to.

She closes the deal, fixes the mistakes, and soothes all the frayed emotions.

She may be leading your team and managing your clients all while keeping her family afloat.

People often ask her, "How DO you do it all?"

What no one sees is what it's costing her.

She might be your most valued employee. But, she’s definitely the one everyone counts on.

And she’s quietly running on empty.

It’s not that she hasn’t tried to get back to baseline.

She's done the work. Rest, boundaries, routines, calendar control, lab work, therapy.

And she's still exhausted in a way that doesn't make sense.

In this talk, I name the reason most approaches miss, and give your audience a way through it.

I know this exhaustion from the inside.

I lost myself, along with my health and my marriage, before I understood what was missing.

For the past 13 years, I've helped high-achieving women in male-dominated fields find their way back.

It's my mission
to make sure

the women everyone counts on

finally feel fully seen.

Because when she is,

she can lead at full capacity, without it costing her everything.

Burnout does not have to be the price of admission to high achievement.

I share how I found my way back, and the insight that changed everything.

For many high-achieving women, the exhaustion isn't only about doing too much.

Underneath it is something I call Complete Witnessing: when someone sees what you did and understands the cost you paid to do it.

For most of us, it was missing long before the exhaustion began.

MY MOST REQUESTED TALK

FULL CAPACITY LIVING

For Women Who Are Doing Everything Right… And Still Running On Empty

Understanding the hidden energy drain

that traditional productivity advice misses

Available as a keynote or interactive workshop, in person or virtually.

Designed for women in leadership - executives, founders, financial advisors, business owners, and healthcare leaders, often in male-dominated fields, who carry significant responsibility at work and at home.

This is not another "lean in harder" or "practice self-care" talk.

It validates what your members have been experiencing: their exhaustion isn't a personal failing.

They're running two high-performance systems at once, cognitive execution and emotional depth.

And underneath it is something most have never had named: Complete Witnessing, and how long they've been living without it.

Participants leave with:

✓ An understanding of WHY they're chronically exhausted, not just advice to rest more

✓ Validation that they're not broken or doing it wrong

✓ The Full Capacity Living framework for leading at full capacity without burning out

✓ Permission to stop trying to be everything to everyone

As an educator, facilitator, and executive coach, I bring an approachable, polished style to audiences of all sizes, in person, virtually, and on podcasts.

Through reflective listening and a safe space for sharing, participants feel heard and understood, often in a way they haven't before.

In the interactive workshop, they put a sustainable strategy into practice before they leave.

For organizations, that means leaders who stay engaged and productive, without it costing them their health.
